Tyler Toon Lead Pastor
Tyler is a Logan County, KY native, and has served in various ministry roles in both Southcentral Kentucky and New Orleans over the last 10 years. Tyler and his wife, Allison, have been married for seven years, and have three children, Landon, Selah, and Judson. In October of 2020, the Toon family moved from Auburn, KY to Bowling Green to plant Mosaic Church. Allison works as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Bowling Green, and their family has grown to love the city.
As our primary Sunday communicator, Tyler teaches verse by verse through entire books of the Bible in an understandable and conversational tone. In addition to our Sunday teaching, Tyler leads our church and staff team as a shepherd, a vision caster, and a developer of leaders.
In his “free time,” Tyler is probably grilling or sitting by the fire pit on the back porch, watching football or golf, or coaching youth league sports.
Shawn Pentecost Worship Coordinator
Shawn oversees all aspects of our Sunday worship service, leads various volunteer teams, and manages several behind-the-scenes elements of our ministry that help implement our church’s overall vision. Shawn has a wealth of wisdom and talent to share with our church, and we’re so thankful for his dedicated service to Christ.
Vocationally, Shawn works in the field of industrial maintenance. Shawn is married to Evin, and they have two grown sons.
In his free time, you’ll probably find Shawn scouting out a new area restaurant or trying to teach himself something new via YouTube.
